Job Description

As Rollout Lead, you coordinate the international rollout of the organization's digital banking app and web channel, translating business requirements into a clear delivery scope and building a realistic, stakeholder-aligned planning. You act as the central point of contact for rollout countries and internal delivery teams, and stay closely involved after go-live to keep onboarded countries satisfied and successful. The role is based in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis and brings you into regular contact with international stakeholders, with occasional travel depending on the rollout schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Customer Journey Expert, or in close collaboration with Product Owners
  • Solid grounding in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or PACE, including managing a Product Backlog with local or international co-located squads
  • Experience at the intersection of business and IT
  • experience with software delivery projects is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to keep international projects productive and moving forward
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Dutch is a plus
  • A creative, hands-on initiative-taker who enjoys helping others succeed in a complex, multidisciplinary, international environment
