This role is positioned in IMC. You will belong to the IMC Operations team, reporting to the IMC Operations Manager. Our team is based in Älmhult. We believe that your presence with the team and working the majority of the time in the workplace is important. IMC creates communication for all IKEA retailers—always at the lowest cost—combining deep home furnishing knowledge with a strong passion for the IKEA range to develop content that strengthens the brand and inspires growth. As a creative partner, IMC delivers content aligned with business priorities and consumer insights, using scalable ways of working to meet both todays and tomorrow’s needs. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of Project Leaders within Range & Product Communication. You will be responsible for driving and leading the operational business agenda for range and product communication, people and business development, ways of working, team performance, and overall business results. You will set direction and ensure strong project execution across the team, enabling Project Leaders to run projects end-to-end—from brief to delivery—in a structured, insight‑based way. Your focus will be on delivering impactful communication on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective and efficient project management frameworks and routines. These will support team success, strengthen collaboration across functions and companies, and improve flow, efficiency, and scalability across ideation, creation, production, and delivery.
