Job Description:

QHSE Project Manager with interface to IT, driving and representing the business in the development and roll out of global QHSE systems, ensuring representation of transversal business requirements. Engage in and drive ad-hoc or planned transversal projects where quality representation is required. Coordinate and ensure the quality project portfolio represents real-time status and progress.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and aligning the Global QHSE IT-demand portfolio, ensuring governance and oversight of the project portfolio by establishing project policies, procedures, templates and best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational Project Management standards, monitor project performance and report to senior management
  • Assist with resource allocation, risk management and scheduling of the projects
  • Track key performance indicators and project milestones
  • Ensures adequate reporting for stakeholders and executives
  • Maintain visibility across all projects to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Manage and drive cross-functional teams ensuring transversal projects meet the requirements of the business

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management i.e. Prince 2, Agile Project Management or similar
  • Preferred background within QHSE Management i.e. knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001
  • Competent MS Office user
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Knowledge in Quality Management tools knowledge i.e.: NCR process, Problem Solving, FMEA etc., SAP4/HANA, Osapiens, Quentic, Project Accelerator
  • Strong Project Management profile with experience within IT/automation transformation projects
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant area is mandatory
