With a growing pipeline of minor works, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Property to oversee a portfolio of low‑complexity projects and support consistent, cost‑effective delivery across our sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver minor works projects from scoping to handover
  • Manage schedules, budgets, risks and reporting
  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
  • Oversee contractor performance and compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and financial governance
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all works meet regulatory, WHS and organisational standards

Requirements:

  • Property/construction project management experience (aged care/healthcare ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, WHS and compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple dispersed projects
  • Solid budget and program management skills
  • Proficiency with project management/reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel

Nice to have:

  • Qualifications in Project/Construction Management
  • Experience with procurement and contract administration
  • Familiarity with quality and risk frameworks
  • Experience staging works in live environments
