Project Manager to ensure a smooth and future-proofed solution for expanding production of amplifiers to include modules. Part of all phases from collecting requirement to installation and commissioning, delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Must think creatively using LEAN to optimize space management when implementing new equipment.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage project tasks for new production equipment implementation
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Identify and mitigate project risks
Translate operational needs into technical specifications
Collect requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with Production Management, Production- and Process Engineering, and In-direct Procurement
Coordinate internal readiness for installation
Support In-direct Procurement by participating in negotiations
Focus on supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Ensure installation is compliant with quality, safety, environmental and regulatory standards
Ensure documentation and validation processes are completed
Communicate progress and align stakeholders
Manage tasks and strategic projects related to the production setup through continuous improvement
Travel around 10 days per year
Work on other strategic projects that support NPI and manufacturing capabilities after implementation
Requirements:
Education in engineering
Around 3-5 years of experience in managing industrial equipment implementation projects from regulated industries e.g. pharma, food, or medical devices
Proven experience in: Manufacturing processes and equipment installation requirements
FAT/SAT procedures and validation protocols
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Supplier negotiation and supplier management
MS Project, Agile, or PMI standards
Must be able to work onsite from day one
