Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee procurement, production, and project management of POSM within beauty and luxury FMCG segments
  • Take POSM briefs
  • Read and understand CAD
  • Optimize jobs for production
  • Demonstrate strong commercial focus
  • Manage quality control and installation processes to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in handling POSM projects
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Passion for delivering excellence
  • Solid background in procurement and project management within the cosmetics and luxury FMCG sectors
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and trademarks
  • Demonstrable ability to manage POSM projects from inception to completion
  • Client-focused approach
  • Exceptional skills in reading and interpreting CAD designs
  • Proven ability to ensure successful production and installation of POSM
