Job Description:

Our client, a leader in the pipeline rehabilitation sector, is looking for a an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across municipal and industrial sectors. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting field operations. This role is open to individuals from outside of Pipeline Rehabilitation and the client remains open to Project Managers from the Telecommunications, Heavy Civil, and Underground works sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor progress, costs, and schedules while preparing regular project updates
  • Develop and manage work schedules, resource planning, and project tracking in collaboration with Superintendents and subcontractors
  • Attend pre-construction meetings with clients
  • Ensure permits, submittals, and insurance documentation are in place
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly project status and progress reports
  • Verify and record subcontractor progress and productivity

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of field-based project management experience in construction
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Proficiency with MS Office, with knowledge of scheduling or project management software preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and client communication skills essential
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have:

Previous experience in municipal, water/sewer, or pipeline rehabilitation is an asset
