Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager & Partnerships Officer to lead, manage, and grow strategic projects and partnerships. The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering initiatives that help students gain in-demand tech skills and connect with the job market. A background in partnerships, fundraising, grants, or donor relations is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, manage, and oversee projects from planning to successful completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and overall project performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and external stakeholders
  • Identify new partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities
  • Support proposal writing, grant applications, and partnership presentations
  • Prepare stakeholder reports, updates, and impact reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, business development, or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fundraising, grants management, donor relations, or sponsorship management
  • Experience in education, training, or workforce development sectors
