An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a global organisation based in Putney, overseeing a key office relocation project. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) on a 9 month Fixed-Term contract, ideal for a highly organised professional seeking flexibility while leading a high-impact project. The role offers a salary of £50,000 pro rata, which equates to approximately £30,000 per annum based on the part-time hours.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end office relocation
  • Deliver the project on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate all aspects of the move from planning and logistics through to implementation and post-move support
  • Develop and manage project plan, timelines, and budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle of the relocation
  • Liaise with contractors, IT teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment at every stage
  • Oversee space planning, logistics, and the smooth transition of teams into the new office environment

Requirements
