Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a Project Manager or Coordinator to support a long-term project role with a Financial Services client in Columbus, OH. This role will help manage and drive a variety of internal process and system projects. Prior experience within Financial Services is a plus. This role will last through the end of 2026, with potential for contract to hire in 2027. Role will work a hybrid schedule with several days a week in office in Columbus.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Approximately 5 years of related Program or Project Management experience (more traditional project management - planning and execution versus agile or waterfall)
Payments experience a plus (any kind of payments rails, e.g. ACH, wire, real-time payments, check processing, card networks, etc)
Prior Financial Services industry experience
Strong presentation skills and comfort with preparing/presenting status updates to large groups including Executive Leadership Team
Ability to build schedules, track work, gather requirements, and create project documentation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Audit experience a plus
