Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager - Operations to oversee critical aspects of warehouse operations and supply chain management. This long-term contract position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively collaborate with teams and utilize tools like Oracle and Excel to optimize workflows. Based in Edina, Minnesota, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a project with significant operational impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, and overall supply chain processes
  • Facilitate the processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate activities and provide support to the facility team
  • Analyze and improve workflows during peak operational periods, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring compliance with protocols
  • Utilize Oracle and advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to manage data and generate reports
  • Assist in overseeing transitions during inventory movement and the facility closure process
  • Enforce company standards and safety procedures throughout all stages of the project

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, or manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and purchase order processing
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, for the entire duration of the project
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards during complex operational transitions
