This long-term contract position involves driving process improvements and operational excellence within a dynamic and high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, process optimization, and performance enhancement.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to align with organizational goals and industry standards
Oversee projects focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Develop and track key performance indicators to monitor project success
Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints and established milestones
Collaborate with global teams and coordinate activities across multiple functions and sites
Provide coaching and guidance on re-engineering methodologies to foster continuous improvement
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
Travel up to 40% to support project implementation and coordination
Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth execution of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in process management
Proven expertise in project management and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Strong knowledge of operations management and logistics
Experience in warehouse management and performance tracking
Nice to have:
Six Sigma certification or training is highly desirable
