As a Project Manager, Operations and Technology, you’ll help drive key initiatives that enhance how our Services organization operates and delivers value. You’ll lead projects that improve workflows, upgrade systems, introduce automation, and streamline service delivery across our field, call center, and supply chain teams. You’ll work closely with the VP of Supply Chain & Services along with partners across Operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and outcomes stay on track. This role blends project leadership, problem‑solving, and a passion for operational excellence to help Brightstar deliver efficient, reliable solutions across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met
Support initiatives involving route optimization, service delivery improvements, automation, and new technology rollouts
Partner with leadership to define scope, requirements, success measures, and project priorities
Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk logs
