Job Description

Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the completion of projects that support nuclear objectives. Employees in this role may lead or support projects that vary regarding resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Leads projects to ensure completion by schedule date
  • Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion
  • Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project objectives
  • Leads and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance
  • Manages all site-related project controls and systems to support project development tasks
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 10+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or technical discipline and 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction in either the nuclear or fossil industry
  • In absence of degree: 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction in either the nuclear or fossil industry
  • Experience with estimating systems
