Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 9+years of experience who can independently drive projects end-to-end, ensuring accountability, ownership, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will anticipate risks, follow up effectively with engineers and stakeholders, and adapt to the client’s unique project management approach.

  • Managing and leading a team of software developers, SQAs and designers
  • Managing multiple tasks at a time and using innovative management techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end with strong ownership and accountability
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve issues
  • Strong capability to independently drive work to completion, including follow-ups with engineers and closure of action items
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for reports, meeting minutes, task tracking, and project documentation
  • Ability to translate project charters into clear, structured, and executable project plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse personalities and teams
  • Flexibility to support activities beyond traditional PM responsibilities, such as trainings, handbooks, and communication rollouts
  • Comfortable adapting to non-traditional or customized project management methodologies
  • Self-starter mindset with a “go-getter” attitude and a focus on end-to-end delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Project Management or equivalent
  • Ability to work in Night Shift (7pm onwards)

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile and Jira is a plus, especially when collaborating with external vendors
