Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, fast‑track mission‑critical and data‑center infrastructure projects by combining deep technical expertise with advanced project management skills to deliver high‑value, reliable outcomes under compressed timelines. This role owns project performance across cost, schedule, scope, trade coordination, procurement, and client communication, ensuring the successful delivery of multi‑million‑dollar critical environment initiatives for tier‑one clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, fast‑track mission‑critical and data‑center infrastructure projects
Lead pre‑design efforts, including due diligence, constructability reviews, and value engineering
Manage prime contractors and trades (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, structural, and general trades)
Oversee technical and strategic procurement, drafting and administering RFPs
Develop and maintain project charters, logistics plans, and integrated schedules
Own full‑cycle financial management, including ROM development, baseline budgets, change orders, forecasts, pay applications, and variance analysis
Ensure quality assurance and commissioning of critical power, cooling, life‑safety, and control systems
Enforce site safety protocols, including lockout‑tagout (LOTO) procedures
Serve as the primary client and stakeholder interface
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align design, construction, and commissioning activities
Manage contract administration, compliance, and governance
Implement risk identification and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
4-6 years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or other mission‑critical environments
Direct oversight of trade contractors (electrical, mechanical, generator, controls, structural) in active construction settings
Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling software, and financial management tools
Expertise in technical RFP development, procurement, and contract administration
Working knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning standards (NFPA, ASHRAE)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills, including executive‑level status presentation
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and fast‑track deadlines
Availability to travel up to 25% to project sites
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to have:
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, CDCP®, or DCDC®
Experience with design‑build or accelerated schedule delivery models
Familiarity with UPS systems, generators, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, BMS networks, and alternative cooling technologies
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, testing, and commissioning protocols for 24/7 operations
Experience managing multiple concurrent or geographically distributed sites
Demonstrated risk‑management capabilities for complex technical and schedule challenges
