Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to specials projects organization
  • Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
  • Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
  • Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
  • Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
  • Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
  • Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary
  • Coordinate formal document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins, workbook, etc)

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
  • 5-7 years in project management or aerospace
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles
  • Professional attitude and superior communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
  • Natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented
  • Technically curious
  • Ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
  • Good computing skills
  • proficient in MS Office

  • Previous experience in structural and / or systems development
