Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Victoria-based Project Management Team to lead high-profile delivery across a variety of sectors. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the delivery of diverse projects including healthcare, transport, data centers, commercial, retail, and specialist mechanical services. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, resource allocation) and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage project budgets and the procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Oversee labor and subcontractors to ensure adherence to program schedules, specifications, and quality standards
  • Lead site inspections and progress meetings, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate risks
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, building long-term relationships through clear communication and expectation management
  • Ensure all works and documentation strictly comply with safety regulations, industry codes, and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualifying experience in a similar role, ideally within a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 mechanical services environment
  • Strong financial skills regarding budget control and cost management
