Job Description

You will support the Global Market Access & Pricing team - particularly the Global Head - in delivering key priorities on time and to a high standard. The role involves close collaboration with global and local cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access) to execute market access activities across the full Theramex portfolio. As Project Manager, Market Access, you will help secure and maintain pricing and reimbursement by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and partnering with countries to ensure readiness and effective execution of market access plans, maximising efficiency and optimising use of resources. You will also independently lead a select number of projects from planning through delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee reimbursement submission activities to ensure timely, high‑quality, and compliant delivery
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of global market access projects
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely milestones and adherence to governance
  • Manage external market access agencies and consultants, including selection, onboarding, tendering, and performance monitoring
  • Lead contract and SOW development with Legal and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution
  • Oversee budget planning, tracking, reconciliation, and alignment with financial governance
  • Drive continuous improvement of market access processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Define, track, and report key market access metrics to ensure appropriate global support to affiliates
  • Facilitate effective cross‑functional collaboration across global and local teams
  • Support the Global Head of Market Access and Pricing to maximize project efficiency
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of assigned market access projects, including design, vendor management, quality oversight, and reporting

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceuticals and/or project management within a highly regulated sector
  • Experience working in global or international roles
  • Background in Market Access
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including ELT and external partners
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment, professional discretion, and strict confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, writing, editing, and research capabilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, proactive attitude
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
