Project Manager - Managed Security

• Facilitate successful project definition, planning, scheduling, resourcing
• Manages Security project transition to operations
• Manages internal POR & transformation projects
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through a change control process
• Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to client, project teams, and other project stakeholders
• Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
• Makes decisions, escalates where/when needed
• Very large/ complex/ single or multiple region
• Identifies and develops new opportunities with client
• Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients

• B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent degree
• 8+ years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
• Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods
• Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
• Leadership: Forming and leading teams to successful outcomes by eliminating barriers and delivering results
• Project Methodology: Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance
