Job Description:

Our esteemed client, a leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing retail displays for some of the world's most prominent brands, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee projects across the UK and internationally, focusing on luxury retail brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all stages are executed smoothly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
  • Oversee the planning, design, and installation of retail displays, including window displays, pop-ups, experiential events, new store openings, shop-in-shops, and luxury store setups
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise
  • Ensure projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the retail display industry
  • Track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
  • Hands-on experience with various types of retail installations, including window displays, pop-ups, and shop-in-shops, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
