Job Description:

The Project Manager/Leader role is responsible for overseeing the modernization and implementation of a Service Catalogue tool within a large enterprise environment. This includes managing scope, schedule, and budget while producing high-level executive communications and project documentation. The role requires navigating small teams, supporting change management, coordinating governance forums, and aligning IT services and tools with business strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver executive dashboards, summaries, PCRs, and change management documentation
Manage triple constraints: scope, time, and budget for enterprise projects
Develop and maintain core PM documents such as charters, WBS, project plans, and status updates
Establish and support effective governance structures to engage stakeholders
Provide leadership in stakeholder communication and organizational change
Conduct knowledge transfer and ensure continuity of project documentation
Navigate agile practices and serve as a Scrum Master in appropriate settings
Ensure integration of content management tools such as Umbraco

Requirements:

Proven experience in enterprise-level project management
Experience in agile environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
Experience in change management
Knowledge of content management tools such as Umbraco
Ability to produce high-level executive communications and project documentation
