Job Description:

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join a lean, fast‑moving IT & Digital team. This hybrid PM/BA role owns projects end‑to‑end while also supporting requirements gathering, data analysis, and workflow documentation. The work spans ecommerce, operations, sales, supply chain, customer service, and internal systems, offering high visibility and direct impact across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead IT and business‑critical projects across ecommerce, ERP (Dynamics GP), CRM (Dynamics CRM), reporting, integrations, and internal systems
  • Perform full Business Analyst duties, including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
  • Build project plans, run sprint planning, manage timelines, dependencies, and backlogs
  • Support improvements in order management, inventory, supply chain, customer experience, and sales tools
  • Assist with dashboard development, KPIs, and reporting using Power BI
  • Use SQL and/or Python for data validation and analysis as needed
  • Lead testing, QA, user acceptance, and change management during implementations
  • Help mature client’s internal PMO processes, documentation, and delivery standards
  • Manage work using Asana, Jira, or similar tools, including coordination with local and offshore teams

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role
  • Experience delivering IT projects, ecommerce enhancements, or internal system improvements
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, process mapping, and documentation
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Python familiarity a plus
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics CRM
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a lean environment, balancing PM leadership with hands‑on execution
  • Proactive, process‑oriented problem solver

  • Partner with leaders across: FLOPS (Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Supply Chain) and other key functions to address key business challenges – with a primary focus on People systems and technologies, data pipelines and infrastructure, and large-scale Security and IT initiatives
  • Implement best-practice solutions, including process changes, configurations, and/or custom enhancements, to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Work with FLOPS engineers and stakeholders to design, build and implement engineering solutions as it pertains to FLOPS deliverables
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to identify functional scope. Able to identify unspoken/ conflicting requirements and drive meaningful change even going against the grain (as needed).
  • Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions for business systems and continuously identify opportunities that will streamline workflows and processes across all of our business systems and tools.
  • Draw from your experience to recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards that improves the team and our users’ experience while delivering long term scalability.
