Exceptionally organized, with a hands-on approach and strong follow-up skills
Analytical and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to budgets and quotations
Proactive and solution-driven, with a can-do attitude
Proficient in AutoCAD

Job Responsibility

Renovation coordination – Support project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on every renovation
Contractor sourcing – Help select the best contractors and service providers to ensure top value and professionalism
Budget and quotations – Request and compare quotations, assist in negotiating terms, and support in building renovation budgets
Timeline optimization – Keep projects on track and help identify bottlenecks to speed up execution
Supplier coordination – Follow up on material orders, manage documentation, and handle declaraciones responsables and other administrative support tasks
Investor reporting – Prepare project updates and financial summaries to keep our investors informed and engaged
Team & partner communication – Be the go-to point of contact for contractors and suppliers, making sure everyone stays aligned
On-site quality control – Participate in site visits to ensure renovation standards and brand guidelines are met
