Job Description

TSA Riley is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Project Managers with Water Infrastructure experience to join our growing South Australian team. Following recent and ongoing project wins, this role offers the opportunity to work on major water and utilities infrastructure projects that deliver long-term value for communities across the region.

Job Responsibility

  • supporting clients across the full project lifecycle

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related discipline
  • 4-8 years' experience in infrastructure project management on the client or contractor side, ideally within water, utilities, or treatment assets
  • Demonstrated experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, including: Design management, Construction delivery, Procurement, Programming and scheduling, Contract administration, Cost control, Superintendency and commissioning
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills

  • Work closely with our senior team of experienced engineers, design managers and other project managers to continue our excellent project delivery track record
  • Successfully deliver complex projects, working within high performing interdisciplinary teams and contributing to the financial success of the business
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and design managers to plan, coordinate, and execute key projects according to the Stantec Corporate Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor timelines, budgets (tracking and forecast), and deliverables
  • Contribute to decision making and challenge how our projects are being delivered
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding our client’s business
  • On each project, as Project Manager you will be paired with a Project Technical Lead. The PM is responsible for the financial and commercial success of the project, whilst the PTL is responsible for technical delivery
