Project Manager Infrastructure & Digital Workplace

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, meeting quality standards and aligning with business goals
• Resource management to prepare for potential issues
• Planning, execution, and oversight of projects informed by client goals
• Develop bespoke solutions
• Drive cloud adoption and innovation using analytical and governance skills, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management of infrastructure or digital workplace projects
• Prepare requirement analyses, distinguishing between user vs. technical requirements
• Managing and supervising teams
• Basic principles of ITIL & Agile
• Certification in project management is a plus, e.g., Prince2
• Notion of infrastructure technologies such as Azure, cloud, firewalls, VmWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Servers
• Notion of digital workplace tools of M365 (Office 365, SharePoint,…)
• Motivating team members, creating team spirit and helping people grow
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills: you are able to draw the right conclusions and determine a well-considered approach, adapted to the needs of the customer
• Fluent in English and Dutch/French.

Certification in project management is a plus, e.g., Prince2.
