We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead the global implementation of Avature (Applicant Tracking System), including recruiting and onboarding functionality. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and successful delivery across a large, global organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Avature ATS, from planning through go-live and hypercare
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communication strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, and external vendors
Oversee system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities
Partner with IT and vendors to manage Workday integrations
Drive parallel testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation
Provide regular project updates to leadership and support key decision-making
Ensure a smooth transition into production and post-go-live support
Requirements:
3-5 years of project management experience
Hands-on experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Recruiting & Onboarding)
Experience with Avature implementation (strongly preferred)
Experience implementing or integrating with Workday (ATS/Onboarding, HCM)
Proven ability to manage large-scale, global projects (10,000 employees preferred)
