Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager II / Scrum Master to support the Salesforce build and delivery team. This role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, managing three concurrent Salesforce releases at any given time. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, tight planning, strong data analysis, and the ability to provide clear visibility across complex, parallel efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple concurrent Salesforce releases
  • Create detailed release and sprint plans spanning multiple epics and workstreams
  • Track scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks with precision and transparency
  • Ensure work is well-defined up front by partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives
  • Maintain strong team cadence while balancing delivery pressure and sustainability
  • Act as the central point of coordination across developers, QA, business partners, and leadership
  • Provide clear, consistent, and highly detailed communication on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure stakeholders have real‑time visibility into delivery status, timelines, and tradeoffs
  • Proactively surface issues and lead conversations around impact, mitigation options, and next steps
  • Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, capacity, LOE, risks) using JIRA, Domo, and other tools
  • Translate data into clear insights, explaining what it means, why it matters, and how risks will be mitigated
  • Produce accurate status reporting for leadership with actionable recommendations
  • Identify, document, and actively manage cross-team and cross-release dependencies
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ensure delivery plans account for capacity, complexity, and competing demands

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience
  • 7+ years of IT experience managing multiple project types
  • Strong knowledge of scrum and project management practices
  • Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Visio, and Excel
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, budgets, and complex delivery timelines
  • Strong experience leading Salesforce build/delivery teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills — clarity and visibility are essential
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to analyze data and clearly explain trends, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Deep experience with JIRA (required), Domo (strong plus), and MS Project (plus)
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-moving environment
