Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Project Manager from manufacturing domain, for D365 ERP implementation in India. The incumbent should have expertise in project management, be able to communicate clearly and engage with local stakeholders. Together with stakeholders, inspire and motivate Key Users. High level understanding of IT and/or processes project management skills to be able to lead and ensure the successful implementation of a template-based Microsoft D365 solution. This role reports to Factory Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Day-to-day management of the local project in terms of resource allocation, planning, updating logs/registers and other classic PM tasks (together with the tranche PM, rollout PM and the TMO rep.)
  • Coordinate communication to project members and stakeholders together with rollout PM and the change and communication responsible
  • Build and foster strong collaboration and trusted relations between OneERP and local resources
  • Secure alignment and status with tranche and OneERP management
  • Identify business resources and key users and ensure backfill is in place
  • Manage and execute the Change Impact Process
  • Communicate the business of upcoming process changes
  • Ensure users are identified and release for training
  • Ensure WI, SOPs are prepared and released
  • Resolve conflicts escalations arising within the business
  • Identify business cutover activities
  • Identify and Track health metrics post Go Live
  • Drive UAT script preparation and execution for standalone and end to end scenarios
  • Manage business data activities
  • Manage communication to internal and external (vendors, customers) stakeholders
  • Drive As Is Process and IT Landscape assessment and documentation
  • Document business specific legal and regulatory requirements vision and overall strategy
  • Track deliverables
  • SteerCo alignment with OneERP Project manager
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Risk and issue tracking and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Provide status and progress reports to OneERP Project Manager
  • Take part in establishing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules in close collaboration with the project team
  • Align with the local management on resource forecast and capacity planning
  • Ensure proper project documentation using DevOps and other OneERP templates
  • Planning and booking meetings that are not part of the weekly schedule

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing domain. Experience in people / team management would be an advantage
  • Leadership skill - motivate, guide, structure and delegate work to team members
  • Well-founded experience in project management of business transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of the local organisation, processes and IT components with the specific legal entity
  • Communicating at all levels in a global company and facilitate meetings and workshops routinely
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks and deliverables with short deadlines
  • Should have experience ERP transformation projects in manufacturing domain
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field
