Job Description

For more than 25 years, FMC Group, a German-owned international consulting and Employer of Record (EOR) service provider, has been helping companies understand, enter, and expand in international markets. We support clients across diverse industries, many of them global niche leaders, in managing and growing their international operations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Manager (HR and Finance) to join our team based in Istanbul. In this role, you will coordinate our local EOR operations and act as a trusted partner between our international clients and local employees.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage operational aspects of our EOR projects in Turkey, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data maintenance
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and calculations to our international clients
  • Serve as the HR contact person for employees regarding contracts, annual leave, benefits, payroll, and documentation
  • Coordinate financial and administrative processes, such as payroll review, invoice preparation, and collaboration with external accountants or service providers
  • Communicate with international clients, respond to operational questions, and support the sales team with proposals and project implementation
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of internal HR, finance, and project workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas
  • Several years of experience in HR operations or roles combining HR and finance coordination
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Service-oriented, communicative, and confident personality who enjoys working closely with people and international clients

Nice to have

  • ERP experience would be a plus
  • German knowledge would be plus
  • Import knowledge would be a plus
