We are now looking for a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering business critical transformation, IT, and process improvement projects across our Hire operation.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the end to end delivery of multiple projects across Hire, from requirements through to implementation
Managing schedules, scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies across complex workstreams
Acting as a trusted point of contact for assigned programmes and projects
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Supporting the design, development, and full testing of new ways of working and systems
Identifying improvement opportunities, resolving issues, and driving operational adoption
Ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and with strong engagement from the operation
Requirements:
Experience working in a project management capacity
Proven exposure to Hire operations and supporting operational change
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
High level of IT and systems literacy
Commercial and financial awareness, with a focus on cost control
A resilient, proactive, and detail focused approach
Nice to have:
Extensive project management experience within the Hire industry
Experience coaching and supporting operational teams through change
