About the Opportunity Are you an ambitious and experienced construction professional ready to take the lead on high-rise building projects? We are hiring for a leading and established Main Contractors known for delivering landmark commercial and residential towers. We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to help them spearhead the execution of flagship developments. This pivotal role requires an individual who can drive the project forward, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take full responsibility for the overall execution and successful delivery of assigned high-rise construction projects (e.g., residential towers, commercial offices, mixed-use skyscrapers)
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce the master project schedule, ensuring all key milestones (superstructure, façade, M&E, finishes) are achieved, and proactively address potential delays
  • Control and manage the project budget, including monitoring costs, administering variation orders, and providing accurate financial reports
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site project team. Effectively oversee the performance and coordination of all specialist subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and company quality control standards. Maintain a zero-harm safety culture on site
  • Serve as the main technical and managerial liaison between the client, consultants, subcon, authorities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution
  • Identify, analyze, and implement mitigation strategies for all project risks (technical, contractual, and operational)
  • End-to-end management of construction activities, from initial planning to project handover
  • Supervising on-site work, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards
  • Key liaison between the client, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with experience directly managing high-rise projects for a Main Contractor
  • In-depth technical knowledge and proven expertise in managing the full project life-cycle of tall buildings, from piling and sub-structure to structure, façade, and high-end finishes
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, tender processes, and contractual matters
  • 10 years+ of working experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale building projects
  • Proven record of successfully delivering at least one full-cycle high-rise project (e.g., 20+ storey residential or commercial tower) as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
  • Expert knowledge of high-rise structural systems, M&E coordination, and facade installation

Nice to have:

  • Professional registration or certification (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer)
  • Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
