Job Description

The hiring company is a long established local independent main contractor that specialise in the construction for commercial and residential projects. They are renowned and financially strong, they gained good reputation on their projects completed and have many ongoing and upcoming projects secured. Currently, they are looking for Project Manager to oversee their High-Rise projects within Klang Valley.

Job Responsibility

  • To be in charge of the overall delivery of the project is within budget and ensure that it fits the client's expectations
  • To oversee the team, the sub contractors, consultants and other stakeholders involved
  • To be in charge of the coordination and management of the project for the assurance of prompt delivery of work and completion of project
  • To lead and supervise the construction personnel regarding on-site activities in order to reach the quality and health and safety standards and adhere to legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years site based experience, completion of full-cycle project management
  • Relevant experiences in construction of high-rise projects may it be commercial, residential, mixed-development etc
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Committed, willing to work long-hours and reliable
