We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in healthcare to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for a detail-oriented individual ready to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects that enhance healthcare systems and operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee healthcare-focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables within established timelines
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful outcomes
  • Implement and monitor healthcare metrics to assess project success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid standards
  • Utilize healthcare information systems and databases to track and analyze project data
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results
  • Oversee supervisory and management tasks to ensure team efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare
  • PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Experience with healthcare systems, databases, and metrics
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid audits and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare administration, analytics, and delivery
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
