Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare advertising agency, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced agency project manager who excels at managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary/contract engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Facilitate project status meetings, communicate priorities and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with account, creative, strategy, production and client teams to drive projects forward
  • Maintain project documentation and proactively resolve risks, roadblocks and resource challenges
  • Prepare project estimates, manage Statements of Work (SOWs), oversee change orders and monitor budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience within an advertising, marketing or creative agency
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing projects across digital, web or print
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, project scope and client expectations
  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
