As a Senior Project Manager, you will operate with significant latitude to lead end-to-end delivery for the Chief Security Office. This role is not merely about tracking tasks; it is about providing expert-level business consulting and project management rigor. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—including requirement gathering, design, construction, testing, and closure—while ensuring all work aligns with the Enterprise Project Delivery Framework. You will be expected to analyze complex data sets to keep management informed and take proactive corrective actions to mitigate risks before they impact the project's success.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Delivery: Outline project goals, terms of reference, and resource requirements

Governance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Enterprise Project Delivery Framework and maintain a balance between budget, time, and risk
Strategic Collaboration: Represent business interests while collaborating with technology SMEs to ensure the delivery of high-quality work packages

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end business projects with significant technology components, specifically within a Financial Institution
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record delivering transformation projects and a deep understanding of security governance
Education: University degree or college diploma in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Certification: PMP designation or a formal Project Management certification is considered a strong asset
Soft Skills: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
