Working closely with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll guide clients through complex cloud adoption journeys while driving operational excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project leadership, and strong communication skills. You will manage timelines, risks, stakeholders, and delivery workflows, ensuring projects meet quality standards and exceed client expectations. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead End-to-End Google Cloud Implementations

  • Guide clients through complex cloud transformation decisions, balancing technical possibilities with business constraints
  • Provide weekly status updates, executive summaries, and transparent risk/mitigation reporting
  • Build relationships that extend beyond project completion, achieving 75%+ reference willingness and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Ensure Delivery Excellence
  • Track project health metrics including budget variance, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery, escalating when necessary
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes while maintaining project profitability
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed SLAs, compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS as applicable), and client expectations
  • Conduct retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with Premier Cloud and Google Teams
  • Partner with Cloud Architects to validate technical solutions and ensure architectural alignment with best practices
  • Work with Client Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions from sales through delivery and ongoing support
  • Coordinate with Google Cloud teams and specialists for complex technical requirements or escalations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, tool development, and methodology enhancement initiatives
  • Drive Professional Excellence
  • Maintain deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform services, industry trends, and competitive positioning
  • Achieve and maintain Google Cloud Professional certifications (Cloud Architect, Cloud Developer, or Cloud DevOps Engineer)
  • Represent Premier Cloud at client meetings, industry events, and Google partner forums with professionalism and technical credibility

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years focused on cloud technology projects
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects on-time and on budget with teams of 5–10+ members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and stakeholder needs
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery approaches
  • Strong track record of building client relationships and achieving 85%+ satisfaction scores
  • Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification is preferred (or Professional Cloud Architect/Developer/DevOps Engineer)

  • Hands-on familiarity with core GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions
  • Understanding of cloud migration methodologies (lift-and-shift, re-platform, re-architect) and infrastructure modernization patterns
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture concepts including networking, security, identity management, and infrastructure-as-code

  • Collaborative leadership style that builds trust across technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
