Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to support a growing Data & AI transformation portfolio. This role will help shape and structure the delivery approach across multiple emerging initiatives and capabilities over a long-term roadmap. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within evolving environments where requirements, priorities, and delivery structures are still being defined.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the shaping and delivery of multiple data capability initiatives
  • Coordinate delivery activity across a portfolio of projects and workstreams
  • Work closely with architecture, data, and business stakeholders
  • Help define delivery structures, governance, and project approaches
  • Manage project planning, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support transition of delivered capabilities into BAU operations

Requirements

  • Strong generalist project management background
  • Experience working within transformation or change environments
  • Ability to operate effectively within evolving or ambiguous programmes
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable helping shape delivery approaches and structures

Nice to have

  • Data, technology, or enterprise transformation experience
  • Experience working alongside architecture teams
  • Utilities or regulated industry exposure
