Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate all service provider activities including partners or subcontractors to ensure achievement of contractual objectives
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of services from administrative, operational, logistical, and communication perspectives
  • Plan, organize, and control project activities, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the delivery of the projects
  • Define and supervise workflows, procedures, and delivery processes for services
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure optimal capacity and responsiveness to contractual requirements
  • Ensure that proposed technical solutions meet the requirements defined by the Contracting Authority/Clients
  • Monitor execution progress and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and submit regular reports covering progress, deliverables, risks, issues, mitigation actions, and planned activities
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and act as the main point of contact between the Service Provider and all involved parties
  • Ensure full participation in all contract-related activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support successful execution of the activities, including planning, transition, implementation, and stabilization phases

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in public sector projects
  • Proven experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in at least four (4) completed projects or contracts involving cloud migration services
  • The validation of experience shall be supported by appropriate documentation for each referenced project (e.g., recommendation letters issued and signed by the Beneficiary or former employer, references, acceptance documents or similar), clearly demonstrating the role performed and level of involvement
  • Experience in managing IT projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Valid nationally or internationally recognized Project Management certification is mandatory (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage project delivery across all lifecycle phases
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven environments
  • Fluent Romanian (mandatory) and very good English communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to support our local and/or global clients
