Job Responsibility
Collaborate with Range and Supply to develop ways of working and tools for food offer development
Provide framework, requirements, process, ways of working and tools for offer development of market specific range including co-worker restaurant harmonized with global directions and guidelines
Lead the development and secure the execution of food range strategy in partnership with markets
Secure global mandatory range is fully implemented and applied in all markets
Ensure the food offer meets the IKEA health & sustainability standards and commitments and is integrated with external food development and trends
Ensure clear and effective customer and co-worker range communication
Translate commercial needs into food range initiatives to contribute and support commercial performance and profitability
Support market with specific food range development needs, share best practice and facilitate standardization
Act as a business expert/partner to provide food operations expertise to markets and other stakeholders
Work across functions within INGKA Group and collaborate with other IKEA companies
Ensure knowledge transfer and information sharing to, as well as between, the markets
Identify competence needs in partnership with Food CoE and act as a subject matter expert when developing learning solutions together with People & Culture
Requirements
Knowledge of the IKEA Concept, Vision and Business idea, Culture and Values, IKEA Business Model and IKEA leadership
Extensive knowledge about IKEA food product development process
Good knowledge of IKEA food business, Food Range and Supply as well as IKEA Retail Operations
Knowledge on how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close cross functional projects
Knowledge about the market environment, expectations from the customers today and tomorrow
