Job Description:

As a Project Manager specializing in Fit-out and Refurb, you will lead projects where attention to detail is the priority. You will manage the process from design through to completion, ensuring every workplace is delivered to the high standard the client expects. This is a busy role involving tight schedules and high-quality finishes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, often within occupied buildings
  • Work with designers to ensure plans are practical and built to the highest standard
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, landlords, and consultants
  • Manage busy programs and coordinate subcontractors to ensure projects are handed over on time
  • Oversee project budgets, procurement, and contracts to ensure the project stays on track financially

Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management experience specifically within Commercial Fit-out or Refurbishment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field
  • A solid understanding of building services and high-end interior finishes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations with both clients and site teams
  • The ability to manage multiple high-intensity projects at once
