Job Description

Citi is undergoing a Transformation to modernize and simplify the bank. This role involves leading high visibility global Regulatory and Compliance programs across all Capital Markets Asset Groups and Banking business lines. The candidate will be responsible for defining program scope, managing requirements, and ensuring the delivery of regulatory projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Define program scope and objectives
  • Gather, analyze, validate and manage program and project requirements
  • Drive the creation of clear requirements documents
  • Liaise with relevant project stakeholders within the technology and business teams across SMB to create an overall delivery plan
  • Support the technical leads in the planning, tracking and execution of the Regulatory deliverables and commitments
  • Manage and report on the project progress
  • Establish and maintain best practices and Citi approved PPM procedures across all projects
  • Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology teams
  • Foster an environment that encourages partnering, teamwork and communications across O&T and business partners
  • Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects
  • Has the confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summarize, defend, and present recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfortable in using Project Management tools such as Planview, Microsoft Project

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
