Identify bottlenecks between Sales, Project Management, and Production and recommend corrective actions
Clarify and document what falls within a PM’s scope
Become fluent in BluCore and support the ongoing rollout of the platform
Ensure projects are fully run through BluCore using templates, scheduling tools, checklists, and reporting
Serve as the primary project-facing contact for fabrication clients
