Job Responsibility

  • Review project documents such as plans, specifications and contracts from general contractors, construction mangers, and/or owners
  • Responsible for all phases of the construction project including staffing and material management
  • Meet with staff to outline the project plans and to designate personnel responsible for each project phase
  • Direct and coordinate all project activities through delegated subordinates
  • Review project reports on status of each phase and modify schedules as needed
  • Responsible for quarterly job cost reporting
  • Keep professional business relationships with existing customers and build rapport with new/potential customers for future projects
  • Participate in job site and office staff meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in the construction field related to project assignment
  • including supervising/managing staff, projects and budgets
  • Knowledge of construction/estimating software and Microsoft applications preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
