Job Responsibility:

  • Perform estimating and project takeoffs independently
  • Manage the complete project bidding process from start to finish
  • Create, understand, and maintain project budgets effectively
  • Handle the Requests for Information (RFI) process and maintain RFI logs
  • Assist in preparing prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, as well as execute change orders and manage vendor invoicing

Requirements:

  • Valid OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Design, or Engineering is a plus
  • Strong understanding of project safety regulations as they relate to OSHA 1926
  • Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and maintain a growing professional network
