Job Description

Coordinate and manage ERP system PEP (Project Execution Plan) rollouts across ASEAN, India, and Africa. Oversee the planning, implementation, and verification of cybersecurity measures in strict alignment with compliance standards. Govern Project Execution Plan processes, ensuring effective regional rollout plans and cross-country dashboards. Allocate resources and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. Lead training sessions and align stakeholders across multiple regions. Support cybersecurity implementation and documentation, serving as the primary contact for guidance and escalation. Advise on changes, vulnerabilities, and incidents, escalating concerns to the Chief Security Officer as needed. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in regional rollout planning, Project Execution Plan governance, cross-country dashboards, resource allocation, risk mitigation, training, and stakeholder alignment across ASEAN, India, and Africa
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
  • Experience working across ASEAN, India, and Africa, with knowledge of unique business and cultural landscapes
  • Experience with cybersecurity planning, implementation, and verification within project scope
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity implementation and documentation, serving as a contact for guidance and escalation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
