Job Description:

A1 Consulting, a member of AHT Tech JSC, collaborates with strategic ERP partners, including Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, and Infor. With a diverse ecosystem of solutions, A1 Consulting is ready to accompany Vietnamese businesses on their path to digitalization and sustainable development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directly take part in software development, deployment, and project implementation
  • Monitor and assign tasks to the team members based on the projects’ requirements
  • Be responsible for a training plan to boost the members’ capacities
  • Coordinate to solve other projects’ technical issues in the company
  • Discuss and collaborate with relevant departments to make sure the development procedures and project quality are followed

Requirements:

  • Having at least 2 years of experience at Project Manager (PM)
  • Experienced in implementing ERP projects on platforms such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, etc
  • Experienced in working with end-user
  • Good English communication skills
  • Knowledge about Agile/Scrum/Waterfall project implementation process
  • Skilled in problem solving, negotiation with customers, team management

Nice to have:

  • Having technical or business analysis experience is an advantage
  • Having project management certification (such as ACP, PMI, PMP) is preferred
