As Project Manager within the Digital Transformation team, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital initiatives that support transformation, operational excellence, and responsible AI adoption. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Manage digital projects from planning to delivery, including defining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Drive digital transformation initiatives, supporting the execution of digital and operational excellence initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business stakeholders, IT teams, data teams, vendors, and change management partners
Support strategic digital priorities by coordinating project inputs, discussion materials, follow-ups, and action items
Develop project insights and communications, including project updates, executive presentations, dashboards, and reports
Track performance and benefits by defining and monitoring project KPIs, adoption indicators, and dashboards
Enable change and adoption through supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, technology delivery, business transformation, operations, or a related field
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver digital/ AI cross-functional projects from scope definition through execution and adoption
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams, IT partners, digital teams, vendors, and senior leaders
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, track progress, and escalate issues when required
Experience supporting digital, data, AI-related, or enterprise technology initiatives, including project planning, requirements coordination, status reporting, risk tracking, and leadership follow-ups
Fluent in English and French to effectively communicate across a global organization
Master’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, project tracking methods, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset
Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams aligned
