Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and software development projects that support Bombardier’s digital transformation strategy
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with IT, data governance, and development best practices
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and external partners—to ensure successful delivery
  • Support agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team coordination to keep development activities aligned and on track
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Monitor project health using KPIs related to delivery, quality, adoption, and business outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, ensuring effective mitigation and communication
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and follow-ups to ensure clear alignment between technical and business teams
  • Contribute to the DIO’s culture of innovation by staying informed on emerging trends in digital, software engineering, data, and AI—and identifying opportunities for improvement or experimentation

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Bring 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager supporting software development, digital transformation, or data-related initiatives
  • Understand software delivery lifecycles (agile or hybrid), with experience working with development or data teams
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Are fluent in French and English and can synthesize complex technical topics for diverse audiences
  • Are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast moving environment
  • Are proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Teams, MS Project, Power BI, etc.
  • Bring a solid understanding of digital technologies, data concepts, or analytics workflows
