Through a series of immersive learning sessions, mentorship, and hands-on involvement, participants will be equipped to lead and execute strategic projects across the company.
Job Responsibility
Support the preparation and distribution of commercial documents, maintain quotation records, and assist with legal approval processes as needed to support project operations
Build and maintain effective communication with clients, schedule regular meetings to discuss project updates or challenges, and ensure overall client satisfaction
Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to support service continuity and client retention
Assist in developing project plans aligned with client needs, covering project scope, timelines, goals, and resource allocation
Manage job postings and client onboarding processes while optimizing tools for efficient process execution
Monitor progress and support issue resolution to ensure project delivery meets expectations
Compile and analyze performance data for payroll processing, generate payslips, and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements in collaboration with relevant departments
Maintain and manage worker/agent data, monitor contract timelines and requirements, and coordinate with clients to ensure proper workforce documentation and compliance
Collaborate with clients to understand manpower needs and project goals
Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning
Contribute to the execution of projects, including recruitment, compensation & benefit, and employee engagement processes
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Support day-to-day supervision of workers/agents, address inquiries or concerns, and act as a trusted point of contact to help resolve operational issues or disputes
Maintain positive relationships by providing regular updates and ensuring worker engagement.
Requirements
Fresh graduates and individuals who are passionate about project management are welcome to apply
Domiciled in Jakarta
Proactive, fast response, and a good problem solver
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Minimum educational background with a bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university
Excellent in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Experience in account management (is a plus)
Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (is a plus)
Basic knowledge in compensation & benefit calculation and labor laws (is a plus)
Had Leadership experience (is a plus)
Minimum age requirement is 21 and maximum age is 30.
